If they not move away (after weather conditions improvement), they could be just fed. It is too hard and dangerous to try catch them (as they are able to fly).
Despite the rain and their ability to fix their feathers, these two storks remain very dirty: as if they were soiled with oil or some kind of hydrocarbons ….. if so, will they recover by themselves to clean up and turn white?
They pity so dirty, wet and sad …. eventually, can the rescue station intervene to help them?

I saw your link on the storks on Dobřany’s nest ……. here too is the strange process of „non-migration“ beginning, already present in other countries?
It seems that those two storks are wintering here for a longer period – at least for few years. They are feeding themselves on the near landfill…

It was raining yesterday again, but since today at least week of dry weather is expected. I don´t know, if they could be polluted in some way… :-/
